FTS Systems provides high-quality precision controlled process chillers and coolers for use on semiconductor wafer fabrication and testing equipment. Our product line of thermal cycling systems and forced air coolers represents the industry standard for tool OEMs serving the back-end packaging and wafer testing industries.

The ThermoJet system is a source of precisely controlled hot and cold air used for testing components, hybrids, modules, PCBs, and assemblies at temperature. ThermoJet is the only system available that can deliver –80°C at 20 SCFM flowrates.

The AirJet XE is a benchtop temperature cycling system that exceeds the Mil-Spec temperature range (actual -80C to +225C depending on the voltage/current configuration and flow rate). Ultra-Cool recirculating chillers are designed for continuous 24 hour duty, deliverying industrial capacity fluid circulation for applications that require temperatures from -40C to +130C.
