Jandel RM3-AR Test Unit
with PC Software
Combined constant current source and digital voltmeter designed especially for the four point probe measurement. Measure sheet resistance in the range from 1 milliohm-per-square up to 5 x 108 ohms-per-square. Volume resistivity measurement range from 10-3 to 106 ohms-cm. System accuracy within 0.3%. The RM3 Test Unit is now the RM3-AR Test Unit with input current auto-ranging! The RM3-AR will calculate the optimum input current range automatically.

- software is included with RM3-AR - see pages 10 through 16 in the instruction manual for details. The RM3-AR will read-out directly in ohms-per-square without using the software. The software allows measurement data to be converted to ohms-cm, and allows saving the measurement data in a CSV format file.
