JANDEL Cartridge with lead four point probe head JANDEL ENGINEERING LTD. manufactures the Cartridge with Lead probe to be compatible with ASM, PIE, Veeco AP150 (when fell adaptor is used), Veeco FPP5000 (upside down-when fell adaptor is used), Parc-Amber, Probex, and for various engineering applications.
